This policy explains how iDesign88 Co., Ltd. collects, uses, discloses and retains information, both on the website idesign88.co and in our internal application IDesign88 Content Publisher, which we use to publish our own interior design work to our own company Pinterest account.

2. The IDesign88 Content Publisher application

2.1 What the app does, and who uses it

IDesign88 Content Publisher is an internal company tool. It prepares and publishes images of our own interior design work to our own Pinterest for Business account only (pinterest.com/idesign88th), operated through an AI assistant using the MCP (Model Context Protocol) standard.

• It is not available to the public. There is no sign-up, no end-user login, and it does not accept connections from anyone else’s Pinterest account.
• Its users are company staff and management, working on company-owned computers.
• The app has no public website and no cloud service of its own. All components run on a company computer and listen only on 127.0.0.1, so they are not reachable from the internet.

2.2 Pinterest data the app accesses

The app requests only the Pinterest API v5 scopes it needs in order to publish and verify its own posts.

Everything the app can read belongs to our own Pinterest account. It is not other Pinterest users’ data.

2.3 Data the app sends to Pinterest

• Images (2:3) and videos of our own design work
• Pin titles, descriptions and hashtags written by us
• The destination link, which is always our own website (https://idesign88.co/)
• The destination board and the intended publication date and time

2.4 What the app does not do

• It does not access other Pinterest users’ personal data, such as follower lists, who saved a Pin, or private messages
• It does not access boards or Pins of any account other than ours
• It does not access payment or card data
• We do not sell, rent or trade Pinterest data with any third party
• We do not use Pinterest data to profile or track individuals for advertising
• We do not use Pinterest data to train or fine-tune any AI model

2.5 Storage and security

• Access tokens and board IDs are stored in a configuration file on a company computer, readable only by the machine’s owner account. They are never committed to our code repository, never written into status files, never shown in screenshots, and never sent to an AI model.
• We do not store information obtained from the Pinterest API, such as board IDs or Pin IDs. We call the API each time we need that information, in line with Pinterest’s developer guidelines.
• Our own operating records (which content set was published, the board we selected, timestamp, and success or failure status) are kept in a database and status files on the company computer, not exposed to the internet.
• The internal dashboard used to track work neither reads nor displays tokens or configuration values.

2.6 Retention

• Access tokens: kept while in use, and deleted as soon as access is revoked or the app is retired
• Our own operating records: 24 months from the publication date, then deleted
• Information obtained from the Pinterest API: not retained; used only for the operation at hand and then discarded

2.7 Use of AI — two separate matters

(a) Using AI to prepare our content. We use AI tools to help draft Pin titles and descriptions and to produce or refine images and videos of our own work. What we send to those tools is our own imagery and text. It contains no Pinterest user personal data.

(b) Sending Pinterest data to AI. The app does not send information obtained from the Pinterest API to any AI service. Our own script calls the Pinterest API directly and returns to the operator only a success or failure status together with an error code we define ourselves.

Technical detail needed for troubleshooting is written to a log file on the company computer, readable only by authorised staff, and deleted automatically within 7 days.

We never send access tokens to an AI model, and we never use any Pinterest information to train or fine-tune AI models.

2.9 Disconnecting the app and requesting deletion

• Revoking access on Pinterest. The administrator of our Pinterest account can revoke the app’s access from Pinterest account settings, under security and connected apps (Pinterest guidance). Once revoked, the app loses access immediately.
• Asking us to delete data. Send a request to contact@idesign88.co. We will delete the token and the related Pinterest records within 30 days of receiving the request and confirm by email.
• Deleting our records does not remove Pins already published on Pinterest; those must be deleted from the Pinterest account itself.

3. Visitors to idesign88.co

3.1 Information collected when you submit a contact form

When you submit a consultation request on our website we collect your name, phone number, the service you are interested in, the page you submitted from, advertising campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign), your IP address and the submission timestamp, in order to contact you and provide the service you asked about.

This is stored in our website management system, accessible only to authorised administrators, and kept for 24 months after our most recent contact with you.

3.2 Cookies and measurement tools

Our website uses the following tools, which may set cookies and receive usage data such as pages viewed, time on page, device type and approximate IP address:

• Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager (Google) — measuring traffic and content performance
• Meta Pixel (Meta) — measurement and advertising on Facebook and Instagram
• A website security plugin — logs IP addresses and suspicious requests to protect the site
• An article view counter — aggregate counts only, no individual identification

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout

3.3 Legal bases

• Consent — information you enter in a form, and marketing cookies
• Legitimate interest — system security, and measurement to improve the website
• Performance of a contract — contacting you and providing the service you requested

4. Your rights

Under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) you may request access to and a copy of your data, correction, deletion or destruction, suspension of use, data portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time.

Send requests to contact@idesign88.co. We will respond within 30 days of receipt. If you believe we are not complying with the law, you may lodge a complaint with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee office.

5. Children

Our website and app are not directed at children and we do not seek to collect children’s personal data. If children’s data is submitted without a guardian’s consent, we will delete it once notified.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our systems or legal requirements change. The update date is always shown at the top of this page.
