3D design fees start at 25,000 THB for 20-35 sq.m. / 35,000 THB for 35-75 sq.m. / 45,000 THB for 75-100 sq.m. Site survey fee 5,000 THB (fully deductible from design fee).
3D design takes 2-4 weeks depending on room size and revision rounds. Construction and fit-out typically takes 6-12 weeks. Our team will provide a clear timeline before work begins.
